The hike & bike trails are across the street, great restaurants are close by, and the view from the pool and gym is amazing! Best skyline view at any apartment complex in town! There are 4-5 police officers living on the property and due to a police station and two other police facilities next door, there are a lot of police cars driving by at all ...hours. If you work hard and want a place to relax and unwind after work and on your days off, you’ve found it! If you want to party and be loud, this isn’t the place you want to live.Read More

Lack of Security
January 9, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI came here to visit a friend and my car was broken into, rummaged through, and someone stole a Pentax K100 film camera from me. I am so upset because I think the place is beautiful, but for this to happen it makes me not want to go back. They offered absolutely no help and they only have one security camera in the parking garage from what the receptionist told me. I have heard others tell me about theft being common in the apartment building with no help after it happens. Even the hallways do ...not have security cameras this is a huge issue! The lack of security in the building explains why people take advantage of the property. There was a recent breakin after the holidays. But the management team was able to get everything resolved in a quick and professional manner. I was completely Wowed when I saw my apartment for the first time. As its just me, its the perfect size and I have a great view of my office from my balcony! With an amazing view of downtown Houston skyline and reasonable rent costs along with move-in perks, it was the clear winner in my new apartment hunt. Not only that, but the Apartment Life team that hosts all the events is AMAZING! They make this community truly feel like a family! I also love our large sinks, beautiful counter tops, and beautiful showers. Jefferson Heights is also located within walking distance to so many places: Buffalo Bayou, countless restaurants and bars. There are also a few grocery stores pretty close by. I love living at Jefferson Heights.
