Stillwater Flats Management informed my son via email that he had six days to move from the second floor to the fourth floor. IN THE MIDDLE OF HOMECOMING WEEK. To a different floor plan. With no other options or advanced notice. They are converting and selling his unit as a condo. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE KNOWN THAT TWO MONTHS AGO WHEN WE MOVED IN. Are they within the bounds of the lease? Yes. Is that how you treat people? No. They tried to convince me that they were taking some sort of ...
imaginary high ground because they are providing "moving help" in the middle of the day during class for all the clearly packed boxes and bags that my son has no time to create. What a crock.

I recently visited to have a scheduled tour (due to COVID). I really appreciated that the leasing team was on time to meet with me, and were able to give me their full attention. When looking for a residence for family you want kindness, nice surroundings, and value, and I found it here. Looking forward to moving my kids there in the coming weeks!
