Evangeline Heights Apartments
July 30, 2015The apartments were really nice when I first move here in 2008 but they have gone down a bit. There have been about 10 managers since we've been here and each one seems to change rules. The grounds are okay but could look much better. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin and some people forget that their apartment is connected to someone else's apartment.
