Don’t waste !!

If you’re looking for something affordable by all means yes APPLY but DO NOT expect it to be anywhere close to what those pictures are showing. I applied and literally had the papers and apartment number in my hand . As we were leaving the property we stopped to look and glad we did. Place was dirty and moldy . Nasty old carpet . We were supposed to move in within a week and the tenants prior left all their things and filth. The fact that they were going to give me the place without seeing and ...

how quickly they wanted to give me the apt shows they were not going to do a great job at any renovations. Save your time and money

I have tried getting into contact with Summerset for some time but can never seem to get a hold of anyone. There was only one time that I was able to have a phone call a couple months back but since then nothing. I have emailed multiple times, sent multiple messages but to no avail. The place seems beautiful but how am I to move if I can’t even talk to the people running the place?

New management needed

Went through the whole app process, to having my move in date pushed back, then waited another week for them to tell my family and I don’t meet the requirements. When all the information they asked for and what we gave reached their requirements. They had to have someone else as a back up to move in because they don’t try to work with you, and have no remorse. All they care about is money, don’t waste your time trying to move into this place.

This is a horrible complex. They have their phone number on the website for nothing. Its not like they answer their phone anyways. I even went in and tried to see the apartments they have available and they told me to call and schedule an apointment for a viewing. They dont do walk-in's. Now please tell me, how in the world is that possible when no one answer's the dang phone. Like its not hard, all you have to do is raise the phone and say hello!!
