Avoid at all cost! Not only is the building itself horrible but the management is even worse. They listen to your concerns yeah but does nothing about it. House functions keeps breaking, Stains and dirt are all over the floors, never cleaned. Elevator constantly broken and takes more than a month to be fixed. Getting stuff repaired would take so long, from asking for help to them actually coming to your unit just for them to take even longer to fix. Constant break-ins and smashed windows to cars ...

in the garage, and the manager does not care. Dont get me started about parking, its only for permitted cars to be parked in the garage, if your car is not in ur assigned spot, then the car that is being occuppied in that spot is being reported to the manager and will be tolled. The safety of this complex is horrible and constant people sleep around.
