I barely just moved in and there are roaches. Holes in the wall and they don’t clean after pervious tenants. I can see where the water damage were in the ceiling. And stains on the floor. I regret it.

Cockroaches will steal your food. Dirty and run down. Manager was rude and a liar. Cockroaches everywhere, exposed pipes, hole in wall, stains on carpet, A/C a joke and heating is crap. I couldn't use my oven, ceiling leaked and there was black mold. Crime ridden area, too. Neighbors were very loud and cops are frequent visitors. Everything you could name was wrong here. Do not move here or you will be sorry. Sad...

  We have never had a cockroach problem. We do pest control every month just to make sure that we do not have those problems. Did you make management aware of these problems? We went back through work orders and did not/have not had any for any of the problems you listed.
