Great Complex to live!

This complex is fabulous. The 1br / 1ba apartment is super comfortable, bright, everything is in very good condition. the parking lot is large so you always find where to park without problems. The laundry room is always available. The pest control is excellent.All the staff is very friendly and helpful, Marcelo, Stef and Cyri. In the same way the maintenance team responds quickly to any request and we never had problems if we were not at home. We never observed any problem between neighbors and ...
we enjoyed the meetings that the staff organizes in the club house every holiday. Because of all this, we highly recommend this complex Este complejo es fabuloso. el apartamento de 1br/1ba es super comodo, iluminado, todo esta en muy buenas condiciones. El parking es amplio por lo que siempre encuentras donde aparcar sin problemas. El cuarto de lavandería siempre lo encontramos disponible. El control de plagas es constante. Todo el staff es muy amable y servicial, Marcelo,Stef and Cyri. De igual manera el equipo de mantenimiento responde rapido a cualquier solicitud y nunca tuvimos problemas si no estábamos en casa. Nunca observamos ningun problema entre vecinos y disfrutamos las reuniones que el staff organiza en el club house cuando hay días festivos. I WOULD RECOMMEND SUNDANCE GROVE TO ANYONE WHO WANTS SECURITY A NICE APARTMENT GOOD PEOPLE SURROUNDING YOU. My Apartment Experience

I moved here from the island last year October. At first I was scared about my apartment complex because of the reviews I saw online. Some were very negative but when I got here it was nothing like what some of those people said. This has been the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. I love my apartment it is nice and big, way bigger than my old apartment. I live on the fifth floor and my view is amazing. I even get to see the fireworks for free lol.
