So I moved into sunnygate village apartments in November. I chose this place because the bedrooms were upstairs and on opposite sides of each other, which is nice to have when you want privacy. Also you get your own bathroom :)! Now the place may be a bit small but if you're a gamer or don't mind the space all too much, this place is a place you should look at! Now there is some downsides, we did have a roach infestation early on, but they came and bombed the whole complex very quickly. As far as ...
noise, yes you can hear your neighbors slightly but it shouldn't turn you away. Also if it's dead silent you will hear the train lol. All in all, if you like keeping to yourself, you'll love it. The neighborhood I have yet to find someone I don't like, everyone seems so nice. Hope this helps in your decision making, and if you choose sunny gate, you won't be disappointed!
