Living here has been the worst. The office is always closed, even during business hours and on rent due dates. The phone goes straight to voicemail and no one returns your calls. Jaime the maintenance man has been really helpful for as long as we lived here. Unfortunately Janelle the current office administrator (there’s a new one every few months) is unprofessional and does not help the residents. She will sit in the office, lock the door and tell you to come back. What a joke!
