I was grateful to get a place. At the time this place was all I could afford. If you are able, find another place to live. I went 7 months without a working stove. It rain in my apartment. Bugs like I've never seen before. Cops always at my building due to flight neighbors. The pictures on here are a set up.

Desde que cambió la administración emos tenido muchos problemas! Permiten que las gruas de remolque te lleven los autos sí posees uno demás. La limpieza es pésima. La seguridad muy mala sin seguridad ni camaras de vigilancia. Mucha venta de DROGAS en el edificio frente al parque de juegos de los niños. Horrible olor a MARIHUANA si tu vecino fuma y te invade tu hogar en el interior. Vandalismo en las puertas de entradas de edificio y tardan semanas incluso meses en reparar. En esta misma semana ...
emos sido afectados por ROBOS de autos y ni la administración ni la POLICÍA hace nada, más de 14 ciudadanos emos tenido que pagar reparaciones de autos propios por qué la POLICÍA ni la ADMINISTRACIÓN toman carta en el asunto de "Robos" de catalizadores convertidores y algunos nos emos unidos para velar y poder dar con los causantes de los robos. Cuándo se reporta un incidente NADIE hace nada pero sí imponen supuestas normas qué en nada benefician al ciudadano residente. Las escalones de escaleras en deterioro desde hacen años. Paredes agrietadas y los que reparan, solo hacen su trabajo de cubrir malo. Si se daña algo del hogar NO lo reemplazan por otro nuevo, y lo reparan con piensas usadas. PIÉNSALO BIEN!! NO VALLAS A ESE NIDO DE RATAS Y PROTEJE TU VALIOSA FAMILIA!!!

If i can rate 0 stars i would. They use the "bait and switch" technique. No working heat, gave me a stove without knobs, and a fridge with broken shelves. Someone went in my apartment when i wasnt there and damaged my wall art. Infested with ants(management's excuse "everyone has ants").I can go on and on.STAY AWAY.

The apartments are nothing like the pictures. They don't fix anything properly. I called about my heat and toilet not working more then 5 times and I been here for a year. They don't work with you if you have and inconvenience in life. The hallways are dirty. You can complain about other tenants being loud and they will not do anything. This is the worst place I ever lived at. Don't wast your time moving here.

This is my first time living in an apartment since i have been on my own. The area is dirty, and smelly with trash all around the parking lot and play ground area. I've seen the maintenance workers take things from vacant apartments and put in occupant aprtments instead of replacing the old things with new one's. I pray that God has another house instored for me to get, so i can have a yard for my boys to play in again and get our privacy back. Thank You!
