    I have been a tenant at Sunset Valley Apartments for going on 5 years. There was a time when they had trouble finding an onsite Manager, which caused a bit of chaos onsite. Happy to report those days are long over. maintenance issues corrected in a timely manner, friendly staff, and someone is always available if needed.
