June 12, 2020Packages never come because delivery drivers can't get into the buildings. Absolutely NO urgency in fixing maintenance requests (Had no air conditioning 2 summers in a row for a full week each time before anyone came to fix it). Office is never open and very rarely answers the phone during office hours. Parking lot gets very icy in the winter and there is always trash all over the parking lot. Also have had domestic violence/crime issues with police at times with residents in my building. It is ...an ok place to live for short-term, but don't expect much. It is a good location and is quiet. Choose the top floor because floors are shaky and noisy. Couldn't be happier to move out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
