POORLY RUN AND MAINTAINED COMPLEX
November 19, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comIn the past 6 months that I've been here, we have had 3 managers and the complex is dirty. Tenants are sketchy and noisy as hell. When I was shown the apartment everything looked clean and organized, but a month later and the trash is all over the place, very dirty laundromat and a treadmill that does not work. Not to mention that packages are stolen. Check Yelp for accurate reviews and photos of how disgusting this place is. I cannot wait for my lease to end so I can get out of here!Property Manager Responded

July 23, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI would like to review although I did not rent from this property due to price, but I came into the office and had one of the best experiences with the onsite management, Her name is Veronica and she had such a pleasant and friendly attitude and not to mention offered me other properties that may be able to assist me in my hunt. It is hard enough trying to find the right place and she made it so easy and made me want to live on the property just have the experience with her being in charge. Very ...knowledgeable in her line of work and very professional for that alone I give the property 5 stars! Should I have an opportunity to rent from this property in the future I will definitely take it if she continues to be on site!!!Read More
Surfside Apartments
August 8, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThis place is a dump, although it may be convenient to the ferry terminal and Oakland don't be fooled. The apartments are small with no a/c, outdated single pane windows, no balcony light or bedroom light, no vent that works over the stove or in the bathroom. There are limited laundry room hours, the pool is not heated, and the "gym" is run down. They use gas powered leaf blowers early in the morning and the fumes and noise are outrageous.
