It’s not worth it

I have lived here since 2019 when the original owner (Ernest) had them and the rent back then was for a reasonable price. This property has gone through 5 different owners in a 5 year period. Some of these apartments had bed bugs and they don’t even have pest control come to the property to spray . Rent was getting to difficult for me to pay , they don’t allow rental assistance or even pay in payments especially when I told him of my situation.
