Infested with roaches no matter what

I’ve lived here for 4 years and they have a huge roach problem that never goes away. I only stay here because utilities are included with rent and the building is rent controlled but other than that it’s pretty horrible. Cracks in the floors, leaking tub and roaches coming from the floors, faucets and more it’s disgusting.

This property has not been the best. I have lived here for 3 years and only stayed this long because the utilities are included in the rent and it was still cheaper than a lot of Koreatown places. This building however has given me so many issues. Management takes forever to get to your service request. It took 4 months to replace my faulty stove. We had a fire in the laundry room where they power was out for weeks and people weren't compensated in the rent. Not to mention the roaches and the ...

horrible smell out back that wafts into the windows. Its all street parking and is impossible after 2pm. Honestly do yourself a favor and find a better place.

Raised the rent twice during my stay (1 yr and 5 months) Could be difficult to find street parking. Utility is included in the rent which is a good deal.
