Reasonable Place / Spacious Duplexes / Close to Shops and Fine Dining
August 21, 2015I have been a resident of Towne Crest Apartment and Homes for three years. During my time, I will say that the location is good. The bus stop Ride-on Bus 57 and 64 are nearby. The Washington Grove Marc Train stop is nearby. I will say that the properties are spacious and the maintenance is well-kept. About 3/4 mile away there is a community center, schools, banks, grocery store, and Starbucks are not far. Towne Crest Drive is easily accessible off of I-370 via I-270. The location is not far from ...interest points: Lakeforest Mall, Old Town Gaithersburg, Montgomery County Fairgrounds, and easy access to 355 (Frederick Road) main artery from Gaithersburg as far as up to Clarksburg/Urbana. The community has been a safe haven since I have lived here. The office staff are professional and requests for maintenance are handled within a timely manner.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Review at Towne Crest Drive
August 15, 2015I am a current resident at Towne Crest. The complex has a mixture of apartments and townhouses to rent. The pros are nearby schools, near I270, Marc Washington Grove, Route 57.& 64. There is Flower Hill plaza with Giant and Starbucks and nice nail salon. The townhouses are spacious and comes with full washer and dryer. The cons are limited parking, old drafty windows, and no modern appliances. Noise can be heard but that if tenenants have electronics high.
