Lived here for 3 years as an owner. Consistently, not just once in a while, consistently YOUR AC UNIT WILL BE SHUT OFF. Not during cold weather days to compensate for South Florida humidity and weather, but random when they decide.
For over 3 years, AC being shut off for more than 48 hours, hot water being shut off multiple times a year. And again, not just for a day or a few hours, a few days, sometimes a week you are expected to have zero working AC and hot water.

constantly down. 3rd year now where the elevators "need repairs" again.
The cleaning crew is rude, they will complain that you have to use the elevator after it has been mopped because that's normal and common. If you have to exit the building but the cleaning ladies are mopping that area, be ready to argue since they will yell at you to go around or find another way out, because once again, they just mopped. Wow.
Save your money, save your sanity, and put yourself somewhere that is respectful to you and your money.
Tao is a pretty-looking building that beyond sucks to live in due to very poor management.
