January 2, 2024Tara Hill is a place to call home. It's welcoming, inviting, quiet and serene. It's close to shopping, dining and minutes away from the the airport. The units are spacious with a nice size kitchen and living area. Whether it's your first place or last. You will not be disappointed. ROACH INFESTATION
April 11, 2023I stayed at Tara Hill and although my unit had upgraded appliances which sold me on moving into the apartments. I was disappointed after moving in and experiencing a roach infestation. The roaches stayed having a dance party in my kitchen at night. I wish I could write a better review, but I moved out of my apartment after only being there a few months.Review from Apartments.com

January 24, 2023I moved here in Oct 2022 into a renovated unit, the office staff is very attentive, maintenance is friendly and helpful. My apartment is lovely, I needed a place close to work and shopping (Huge shopping plaza across the street) I love where I live!Review from Apartments.com

Sewage regularly backs up into apartment
July 9, 2018I have been living in these apartments for a few years and I smell sewage pooling under the buildings. Sewage backed up into the kitchen sink and bathroom sink. The maintenance man put the plates for the dead lock to the side and I I believe that he breaks into apartments when tenants are not home. I don't think is he has the credentials to work as a plumber. This man breaks and destroys the plumbing so that he can go into the apartments of tenants to see what they have in their homes.Review from Apartments.com
