February 7, 2023We have lived here for 12 years. The Manager is hard working and keeps an eye out for the tenants. She is wonderful!! We have been satisfied and safe here. It is simple and comfortable. Nothing fancy but clean and beautiful grounds. If want more for your dollar ?, this is the place!Review from Apartments.com
Really great if you're low maintenance
January 23, 2019So I've currently lived here for 3 years, and in that time the only complaint I've had was the loud neighbor that occasionally wakes me up at 2am. Am i thrilled about that neighbor? No. But the management assured me that they would no longer be allowed to renew their lease and that was more than enough for me. The manager and the maintenance are both extremely friendly and helpful. The few issues we've had all involved the age of the town homes and they were extremely quick to get them fixed once ...we brought them up. Overall for the price you really can't find much better in the springs, I plan on staying here several more years until the housing market decides to calm down.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
