Don’t Rent Here!
August 20, 2023I lived at this complex for 3years. At one time this complex was great to live at. It got bought out by RDG Management. I moved because we had planned to buy but the market sucks and we’re always out bid. We decided to look at other alternatives because we knew we could get so much more then Terra Park has to offer. Boy were we right. If you look at the reviews that were left about this place you’ll see they are old. RDG MANAGEMENT WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR DEPOSIT BACK and when you call to ask ...about it they have a person that is incapable of transferring you to the right person to speak with and will hang up on you as well. I have a copy of my lease agreement (make sure you keep yours) and pictures of how I left it clean as well as a text from the Manager Sasha asking for my forwarding address to send deposit to us. It may only be $300 but it’s the principal of the matter of conducting business. I’ve never left a apartment complex that didn’t return the deposit. Tuskawilla Park Condos - worth exploring!
September 25, 2016I’ve lived at Tuskawilla Park Condos for a year and have extended my lease. This is a great and safe place to live, as it offers hotel type internal access, is quiet and the apartments have everything that you need (modern appliances, high ceilings, large closets and spacious balconies). The location is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, fitness and schools, plus it’s close to the 417, 419, 434 and 17-92. There’s plenty of parking, so that’s never an issue.
