    Worst place I’ve ever lived. Do not care at all about residents. All of corporate bottom line. Constantly emailing reminding us of things we can’t do. Put in a million speed bumps in the middle of my lease. Added parking and pool passes when there a tons of spots. Ive lived here as long as anyone - no one has the power to actually DO anything. Only what people that aren’t here tell them is policy. I pay way more than I should for a townhouse in the middle of nowhere

    Moving into Evolve (The 52 townhomes) has been one of the best decisions I’ve made! Great customer service from front office and very helpful & kind maintenance staff. This complex also has AWESOME and well maintained facilities like the arcade, gyms, and study spaces. The community events are also very cool way to interact with neighbors and make friends :)

    So far, everything has been great. The hospitality is wonderful. work so much I haven't had much of a chance to just enjoy the place, but it just feels so cozy, ever since touring the apartments.

    When I toured the complex there were only a few speed bumps between the entrance and Evolve now I have to go over 25 speed bumps to get home. I get safety but this is overkill and has caused me to have my wheels balanced twice in the last 6 months. All of the electronic amenities are a good idea but the app has never worked for me. All in all nice community but definitely room for improvement and parking passes weren’t needed!

    The speed bumps are awful and there are way too many of them. The valet trash service would be nice, but they've missed my can 3 times, which is frustrating because this is a service you are required to pay for.

    My experience has been great so far! The neighborhood is nice, there’s alot of amenities activities to do. Two story gym, two pools, a library, a conference room and a snack room!!
