December 9, 2025Moving into Evolve (The 52 townhomes) has been one of the best decisions I’ve made! Great customer service from front office and very helpful & kind maintenance staff. This complex also has AWESOME and well maintained facilities like the arcade, gyms, and study spaces. The community events are also very cool way to interact with neighbors and make friends :)Property Manager Responded

December 4, 2025When I toured the complex there were only a few speed bumps between the entrance and Evolve now I have to go over 25 speed bumps to get home. I get safety but this is overkill and has caused me to have my wheels balanced twice in the last 6 months. All of the electronic amenities are a good idea but the app has never worked for me. All in all nice community but definitely room for improvement and parking passes weren’t needed!Property Manager Responded

October 5, 2025The speed bumps are awful and there are way too many of them. The valet trash service would be nice, but they've missed my can 3 times, which is frustrating because this is a service you are required to pay for.Property Manager Responded
