January 22, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWorst place I’ve ever lived. Do not care at all about residents. All of corporate bottom line. Constantly emailing reminding us of things we can’t do. Put in a million speed bumps in the middle of my lease. Added parking and pool passes when there a tons of spots. Ive lived here as long as anyone - no one has the power to actually DO anything. Only what people that aren’t here tell them is policy. I pay way more than I should for a townhouse in the middle of nowhereProperty Manager Responded

December 4, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comWhen I toured the complex there were only a few speed bumps between the entrance and Evolve now I have to go over 25 speed bumps to get home. I get safety but this is overkill and has caused me to have my wheels balanced twice in the last 6 months. All of the electronic amenities are a good idea but the app has never worked for me. All in all nice community but definitely room for improvement and parking passes weren’t needed!Property Manager Responded
