If you want to live somewhere with no amenities. Pool was closed for 2 and half months during the hottest part of year last year and this year closed for who knows when no dates per cheap renovation last year can't grill, nowhere to enjoy outside. Constantly invaded apartments for inspections, which 3 times did the same thing. Check faucets and lights and windows. I have a dog with anxiety issues can't be in a kennel. So someone has to be home missed work, my day off have to sit in apartment ...

waiting because they can't give date. This happened 4 times. Now I have to wait around to check lint in dryer which I vacuum out regularly, then a final inspection, then changing plugs on dryer no notice no appointments just wait around. Do yourselves a favor don't rent here

Do NOT waste your hard earned money renting here. We have lived here for nearly a year and will NOT be renewing. The amenities are in a constant state of disrepair, and management truly doesn’t care. The hot tub has been broken more often than not. The pool is not kept clean regularly. There’s dog crap everywhere. The “gated community “ is a joke. Non-residents constantly get into pool area and leave trash around. The caliber of resident has declined greatly too. They’re charging way too much for ...

Beautiful Property, Terrible Company

The facility is really nice and I have no complaints about the space. The management however made our experience truly awful. You will be lucky to ever have a phone call returned. Your best bet is to track them down in person. We stayed at The Amalfi for about 3 months when I had to relocate for a job change, which made us break our lease. This is where everything got really complicated. The lease states that you must continue paying your rent until they are able to find someone else that can ...

take over your space. We agreed to this so that is not an issue. They marketed our apartment to be available in the wrong YEAR of our move out date. We got that corrected. They listed our apartment as the wrong floorplan that was much smaller. We got that corrected. We then receive a bill for $14,000 and have no idea what it is for. Apparently it was a mistake. We finally get our apartment rented and pay our final penalties for breaking the lease and walk away. 2 months later I get a call from a debt collector saying that we are delinquent with the Amalfi and they are calling to collect. 2 weeks of back and forth with a debt collector and the apartment complex we come to find out that they cashed our check 2 months previous and credited it to the wrong account. Not ONCE were we contacted by the Amalfi for any of these things. If you have a problem be prepared to call 5 or 6 times to reach anyone.

Just moved in about two weeks ago to the amalfi in clearwater from the Northeast. So far its been a great experience, large clean modern apartment, close to all shopping , beaches and Tampa Bay. Just miles from Saint Petes airport and about 12 miles to Tampa airport. Over all i'm very happy with the Facilitie.
