Good location, lousy property mgr

The reason rentals are available at Aramore -- a high-end building in a nice neighborhood -- is that owners are fed up with the non-responsive property manager. I don't even blame that poor soul in her little dungeon -- she must be making minimum wage. It is the property management company's fault for charging for services that they don't perform.
