This complex is false advertisement. You can’t even park your car as a resident and having it towed and they do nothing about it. The management team are not friendly, they just want your money. I would not advise anyone to move in this apartment complex.

I lived here and I regretted it. Quality of this community/apartments is so abysmal, you'll be filled with regrets from day 1. Utility bills are sky high and you don't have a choice to change providers. Extremely unsafe at nights - so much that it had weekly serious crimes taking place. Security is joke (that guy) and the fencing is ineffective. The filth around the pool; around your neighborhood (homeless hang out/Dog poop everywhere); pest/bugs in your apartment are all just part of this ...
community. Pay additional for gate pass? No thank you. Laundry machines are rarely good and if they are, they will destroy your cloths. Lastly, the people at the office - Do you think nice people would be running this place. You've been warned.

I rented 2x2beds unit with ceramic tiles, accent wall and brand new Fridge/stove/dishwasher for $1100. I do see they have security patrol in day and night, 24hr maintenance service and quick response to service request. Last month I referred two of my friends so I will get $350 $350 as discounts in my rent. So far I love living here coz Walmart/Target/restaurants/service center are at walking distance(3-5mins)

I only pay $1100 for 2bedsx2full baths with ceramic floor. They got security patrol all night long, secured and gated community, 3 pools, children play area, and very close to big shopping centers and metro bus line. The lady manager never fixed the problem but the new guy is really doing fantastic job. I hoping to extend my lease for 1 more year as I am safe and happy in this apartment complex.

Decent size apartment for price currently live in a townhome with patio and own mailbox -$740 not including utilities. Landscaping is nicely kept outside-but maintaince is horribly kept up within the apt. Closet poured -not leaked -for 3wks before it was fixed. Kitchen floors puddle when dishwasher ran which I can only assume runs throughout the living room. Mold spots on carpet that continuously come back after cleaning up with chlorine and our 1free shampoo carpeting. Main office refuses to ...

I recently went last weekend to look at this apartments. The leasing department is so rude, unprofessional. I had to ask if i could see a show unit, cause she didn't offer that to me, I asked when would they have a studio available she said she can't tell until I apply! Then on our way to see the show unit, there was not talk, I was the one making questions about the property and she just gave me simple answers. I definitely don't want to live in apartments where I don't get good service.

This complex is underrated. The rates are fair given the location and overall quality. It is nice to live in Houston without paying a ridiculous amount of money for rent. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and the entire city of Houston is within driving distance. The pools are a nice amenity, although the gym could be improved.
