This has been a very nice place to live. The building is older but it is well maintained by the management company. They just put in new energy efficient windows this past year. The rent is not set to bankrupt anyone as many rents are. They allow pets for a modest monthly increase and deposit. My cat has been very happy here. It is close to everything one could want downtown and to bus lines. I love the proximity to Bush Pasture Park-a place where many wonderful activities like the yearly Art ...
