April 11, 2024The building is really nice and well-maintained and I love the area it is in. There is a lot of construction going on next door, which concerns me in terms of how busy and congested the area may get if new apartments are put up or if they have to shut street lanes down during construction. I am also concerned with how much rent will go up year to year as the building starts to fill up more since Bozzuto properties tend to do that to people.Property Manager Responded

The staff is very friendly and always willing to assist residents with their concerns. April 8, 2024The apartment is nice. There are far more cons unfortunately. Wish the management were more considerate. Example, the scheduled and unscheduled fire alarms inconveniently disturb everyone’s day with an unreasonable window of 9am-5pm. Kids are sleeping, animals are terrified, people got class or work at their place but get disrupted by unnecessary noise throughout the day. Then there’s the inconsiderate neighbors that have been leaving stuff in front of my apartment ever since I moved here. Oil, ...poop, and trash was spilled right outside my door and it was Sweep it under the rug by management. Also, forget going to work on time with the streetlights being Awful from 7 am - 9 am, you’ll be waiting at the light for 5 mins or more of the sensor is not triggered. Overall, I lived in so many different places, the amount of money I spend at this place is not worth the experience.Property Manager Responded

March 11, 2024No complaints here! Taylor, Phillip, Maria, and the team are fantastic! No revolving door of leasing agents or concierge staff. The building is always clean, residents are friendly, and events are so much fun! I love living here and would 10/10 recommend. The only thing is the gym has specific hours and in the summer the pool is always busy but those are very minor things. It is worth living here if you can afford to. I never hear construction. 10 minutes away from DC, 2 minutes away from ...Bethesda (via car). You can always walk to Bethesda in 30 minutes or less. Very safe neighborhood.Property Manager Responded
