The Beacon at Seminole Lakes is a nice place to live. Haven't had any issues. It's mostly quiet and it is affordable compared to other apartments in and around the area. Very convenient location to stores, post office, and main roads/highways. Also, a bus stop right in front for easy access when needed.

I would like to say my experience has been great for me and I really love the office manager she's always been very nice from the time I moved in back in May to now she's been really good with getting any repairs done that I need to get done and communicating with me on anything that may can't get done right away but they are going to do everything to resolve it as soon as possible Marnie is an awesome person and you guys are definitely lucky to have her

Definitely loving the apartment the kids love this spacious rooms and I’m just happy that my kids are happy and it’s very clean , not fully set up just yet but things are definitely coming along and will eventually feel like home

The management staff is accommodating and quick to respond, taking care of issues as soon as they arise. All things considered, I heartily suggest this apartment to anyone searching for a convenient and cozy place to live. Apartments are close to I-4 as well stores.

It’s very quiet and a good community to live in. The main office supervisor is wonderful and very understanding and when it comes to maintenance they make sure to take care of any issue right away. The residents and neighbors are very welcoming and wonderful to talk to.

Very friendly neighborhood. My apartment is extremely clean with new floors. The AC blows cold and the water gets hot. I’m thankful I made a great decision.

The apartments are decent the residence are great, but management is obviously profiting of high rent cost, you are gonna pay overall $1500 for something worth 900-1000, Including mandatory bills like lights or wifi, alongside insurance. Not including regular daily living. Rent is "1195" but of course you're paying way more than that. NOT A BAD PLACE TO LIVE, but it's almost barely what people can afford, just like every other rental property in America.
