From the very beginning, the process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free, which made a huge difference. March 20, 2026I have had a great experience here at the Beacon at Seminole lakes. Marnie is a wonderful property manager. She keeps us well inform about things going on in the community. When you call in for maintenance they get right on it. the only thing i wish would be better are the laundry rooms there are never enough washers or dryers and they need to updated. other then that I am satisfiedReview from Apartments.com

January 17, 2026I would like to say my experience has been great for me and I really love the office manager she's always been very nice from the time I moved in back in May to now she's been really good with getting any repairs done that I need to get done and communicating with me on anything that may can't get done right away but they are going to do everything to resolve it as soon as possible Marnie is an awesome person and you guys are definitely lucky to have herReview from Apartments.com
