Incompetent maintenance “team”. Installation of “temporary chiller” (aka air conditioning) has taken OVER one year, despite being listed as an included amentity. WILL get locked out of building because of failure to fix doors. NOT WORTH ONE OUNCE OF THE MONEY REQUIRED

NOT READY FOR LIVING

very nice, newly remodeled-NOT tested and ready for residents. Showers flooding into kitchens, NO AIR CONDITIONING, doors from outside get stuck (leaving residents in rain/snow)… all without an Apology or any sort of concession. Save your time and find somewhere already established!!!!
