Great apartment but lack of service from the office
September 26, 2022During the summer months it was 100 degrees outside and that's when my A/C unit went out. In fact it went out in the whole building so all my fellow neighbors were suffering the heat. I asked for a service request and got assured it would be fixed with promises it will be fixed on certain days, but each day came and went. It still isn't fixed so if your looking for an apartment that is kept up with in a maintenance sense. This is the wrong apartment. Ps keeping the A/C maintained is in the lease ...under responsibilities for the landlord.Property Manager Responded

I know we did have some issues over the summer when we were in between Maintenance personnel, but we did provide several portable A/C units to each affected apartment, until we could get a local HVAC repair vendor out to service and take care of the issue. DON’T DO IT!

Bang for your buck
September 2, 2019I love the Belmont. I visited so many places in the Northland area, but you’ll get the most for your money at the Belmont. My 1 bed is fantastic. Maintenance is very quick, the apartments are in great condition, the area feels very safe, and there’s tons of shopping nearby. Price Chopper, Target, Hy-Vee, and WalMart are all within a 10-minute drive. It only takes 15 minutes to get downtown, too, and is just a few miles from St. Luke’s North.
