The worst apartments. Bug infested. When pest control comes more bugs show up smh. Dirty premises, walkways always have trash in them. Trash bags will be left in the hallways for days. Security gate is broken every other day.

Quality has deteriorated within the last year.supposed to be a gated community but the gate is always broken.Mailboxes have been broken into residents repair cars in parking lot.

The apartment residents keep leaving garbage bags in front of the door. The garbage bags are leaking food and smelling and dirty. I wish the apartment would take care of this.

Living at the Berekely has been a great experience. I love the amentities such as the pool and the gym to use throughout the year. The staff is friendly and mantience is amazing about fulfilling work orders. I would definitely recommend living here.

My experience was great once I was able to move in. My move in date was 10/1/24 and I'm a out of state move so I arrived early to get key and get started at 9:30 am as soon as the office opened but when I got there I was asked to come back @ 2pm, I was upset but it was honestly not their fault. Hurricane Helene struck 4 days prior, and they had no phones or internet, and painters had some touch up to do in my apartment. Why I'm giving it 5 stars ?? is because when I got back Amanda had ...

everything ready, I signed the paperwork and got my keys and she took me personally to apartment and stayed the entire time as I did my inspection. That made any disappointment I had earlier go away. Thank you for such a warm welcome, and the welcome home box was a pleasant treat. The Berkeley is a beautiful place from my experience thus far.

This was the most quickest process I've experienced with moving. Most properties give you the run around. I came to visit the property loved what I saw and the staff was amazing. Kayla really did her thing by making me feel welcomed and her customer service skills were excellent.
