Nice living!
August 12, 2015Building maintenance is on point! Superintendent is great, always there to fix and help. This is a no-fee rental, meaning, you do not need to pay realtor fee if you rent an apartment with this management. Outdoor pool in summer is great. Parking available. Our one bedroom apartment is pretty spacious. Layout is nice. The kitchen is small though, but other than that it is great. Lots of shops, super markets, groceries, night life near by. Q and B trains are 7 minute walk. Bus stop is two blocks ...away. Beach is a 10 minute bus ride away. Beautiful Emmons Avenue with its restaurants is a short walk as well.
