The hottest restaurants, nightlife and shopping are just a reach away! Our location allows for easy access to the 60 and the 202. We’re a 15 minute drive away from PHX Airport, Downtown Phoenix, Old town Scottsdale, The Zoo and The Desert Botanical Gardens.

Nice staff and location, roaches and terrible maintenance

I would not recommend living here. I would hope residents would be honest if I was a parent looking for my kids. The apartment has German roaches, constant issues with the maintenance, pool and security. The on-site manager is actually off site at the sister property. Will reevaluate after 30 days, but so far (3-5 months into lease) not great at all

I currently live here and actually almost just stepped on a roach.
Pros: close to campus, spacious apartment for a good price, better on the inside than the outside, a great place to park for campus for free because they don't tow (Con for the residents), friendly maintenance, includes utilities and they give you a TV.
Cons: Roaches, the floor leaves my feet black even after cleaning it... (Not sure if it's the color is coming off the vinyl), painted bath tubs that peel, Roaches, the ...
countertops peel or "warp" easily, the extermination doesn't really do much and the apartment won't let you out of your lease with knowledge of your pest issue, congested area, the neighbors litter so the parking lot always looks trashed and oh ROACHES.
Again the place isn't too bad unless you like roaches, but hey you have to sacrifice a little for a good price right?
