Not Perfect, but does the job

This apartment has updated appliances, and is appealing on the inside. However, there definitely areas for improvement. Pro's: updated kitchen updated bathroom walk in (but small) closet in-unit washer dryer (updated) cute small balcony quiet neighbors for the most part parking lot rent is cheaper compared to other apartments i have never seen pests Con's Absolutely filthy garbage unit area outside No elevator delivery drivers have no code unless you let them in or they are amazon or USPS, so ...
packages from other companies will be left outside until a friendly neighbor brings it in or sent to a pickup store nearby dirty hallways, walls and staircases 0 amenities the apartment was dirty when i moved in reportings of car breakins nearby/crime
