I've been living here about a month my experience is wonderful. The staff is very professional and have addressed any needs or concerns I have had. The grounds are beautiful and it's very quiet and pleasant to come home to after work. I would recommend living here to my friends. I just hope and pray things don't change. all me concerns. It is a great location right at the interchange of South 8/45. We are 30 minutes from Galveston for a great day at the beach or to ride the ferry. I love my apartments! Not enough parking for the residence. Vehicles get stolen every other day. The staff is very disorganized and the apartments are not maintained.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone in the United States to move to this property DO NOT let the looks fool you , today I paid to break my lease because they have people over here with vicious animals off leaches jumping on people . The parking is HORRIBLE if you stay in the back after 7pm you would have to walk from the front of the apartments just for a parking spot . They aren’t any real maintenance over there either . STAY AWAY FROM THE BROADWAY
