My husband and I have been here for 2 years , we have no complaints! Everyone is so friendly and helpful ! The complex is really looking nice with all the renovations being done ! From the new siding and carports to the newly renovated pool !

Been living here for ten years. It’s always been a nice quiet spot. Lots of recent upgrades that have really improved the community. The management, especially Wendy and Devon are always on top of whatever I may need.

I have lived here for 3 years and am signing a lease over again. I have seen the change over the years and growth and I am excited for this upcoming lease with them! This area is the secret of new braunfels but still easy access to downtown, the river, and schlitterbahn.
