The Charmaine apt complex has 24 units. It comes with a secured underground parking basement. 2 entrance/exits. The units are really quite spacious. My 1 bedroom is about 950 sq. ft. very large living room and kitchen. Both 1 and 2 bedroom units are offered at the Charmaine. Laundry facilities are on each of the 3 floors inside the complex. There is a courtyard in back with an orange tree, fenced and gated swimming pool available to tenants. Each unit is highly insulated concerning noise from ...
other units. For those tenants who choose to use public transportation, the bus line stops both north and south right in front of the complex. There also is a 15 min walk to the BART and Cal Trans station on Millbrae Ave. For those who need to get to the city of San Francisco, and not want to deal with traffic, will find BART and Cal Trans an ideal choice for commute. The Charmaine apt complex is 1 1/2 blocks north of Broadway Ave in Burlingame. Broadway Ave. has what I consider to be exceptional restaurants. The Broadway Grill serves seafood and beef and is well known for their prime rib. But even better they have live entertainment 6 nights a week. Motown Mondays and Fridays are my favorite. Walgreens and our neighborhood Farmers Market are located on Broadway Ave. No more than 3/4 of a mile south of the Charmaine is Burlingame Ave with several restaurants and boutiques.
This is a comfortable and very safe area to live. You can go out for a walk through the neighbor at any time day or night without worry.
I have lived at the Charmaine for more than 5 years and I absolutely love it!!!
