Great space to live. Prices skyrocketing. Parking costs extra.

This complex is a great place to live. Well kept. And a nice community. But, it is definitely tailoring to a higher and higher end clientele. (Gentrification times.) Maybe that means the pool will get heated eventually? (Too cold to swim in EVER.) Several years ago a 1 bedroom was in the realm of $1,200/$1,300 and now it's almost $2,000. That kind of increas just seems ludicrous over a few years. Parking spaces are an additional cost. finally, they totally try to bribe folks with carpet cleaning ...

Apartment complex includes pool, huge master bedroom closet, dishwsher and in secure building. Washer/dryers on second floor (3-story building). Parking in complex $75/month, otherwise there's plenty of parking on the residential streets in the neighborhood. Fairly quiet neighborhood, half hour walk to BART station.
