Repairs are not done or half done. Neighbors are noisy. Some are really bad. Noise shakes the building. My neighbor blasts music and games until 2am. She uses a bass booster that shake the building and vibrates the floor. She yells constantly on the phone. There's no privacy. She's always snooping.

potholes, and it's small to maneuver. My car has been hit several times. No one is responsible. It's extremely cold in winter and hot in summer. Only has one small unit in living room that doesn't cool but just in front of it. The bedroom is a sauna in the summer, freezing in winter. No a/c in bedroom or kitchen areas. Can't cook in summer as the heat would make the place already unbearable even hotter. Several Outlets don't work. Heater fan in bathroom doesn't work. The building has a bad smell. Any call for maintenance and they get angry with you. Cellphones don't work. I had to get internet to get wifi calling, and still can't text images. I can't afford to move right now.
