where do i even begin………
my husband and i have lived here almost a year. and we are beyond ready to get out of this place. we’ve been ready for months.
you never know if you’re going to have hot water; it’s either so hot you can barely get under it, or it’s ice cold. roaches in the kitchen, neighbors keep trash all on the balcony so i can only imagine what the inside of their apartment looks like and even after mentioning it to the office within a month of ...
living here NOTHING has been done. there’s mold under the bathroom cabinets and on the vents. they paint over everything, the bathtub and sinks are painted and chipping. & the cabinets have so many layers of paint. our heat went out multiple times this winter and took forever to get someone out to fix it. our ac has been out for over a week and half, we were told over a week ago they ordered a part and it would take 2-3 days to get here well like i said it’s been over a week & the part isn’t replaced. it’s over 90° in our apartment. and they refuse to answer the phone or reply to our texts. & because mailbox’s kept getting broken into over 8 months ago we still have to go to the post office to pick up our mail. this place is an absolute joke. whenever you move in they also tell you they have a raffle going on and you’ll be placed in the drawing if you leave 5 stars, that’s the only way i think this place has as many 5 stars as it does. don’t move here, don’t do it to yourself.
