Terrible condition outside and in.

The units are in very poor condition; do not be fooled by the units just around the pool or the one model unit. Go further though the complex, select any one of the two streets. You will see a complex that has been in complete decay for years, and empty promises of cleaning or fixing. One thing I can promise you is a highly aggressive management that will squeeze fines out of wherever they can. This property went bankrupt a year ago, and was bought at foreclosure, they are only interested in ...
making back the money they wasted on it. The ceiling are cracking, all fixtures are rusted, we have to slam out front door to get our back deck light to turn on. Do your due diligence.

Large Rentals, Bad Management

Pros: Very large property, probably one of the biggest if not the largest apartments in Corpus. If you like to cook, then you have an AWESOME kitchen space (2 and 3 bedroom spaces primarily). Maintenance was pretty solid and usually got things done pretty timely. Office staff was usually very helpful and friendly. Cons: Be careful upon move out, you are going to get CHARGED. I was charged nearly $500. Roughly $250 BEYOND my security deposit of $250. When I showed a friend of mine who works ...
in real estate and property management the photos they sent justifying the charges he laughed at them. They said they don't make a profit off these charges, however, they use a base charge checklist to determine cost. So it doesn't matter if it's a big issue or small issue, typically, you're gonna be charged the same. I was also charged for items that they even stated were of no issue. When reaching out to one of the management, they basically ignored the majority of my questions and concerns and essentially said to bad, just pay it. All of my friends encountered this issue as well.
