Courtyards of Chanticleer has exceeded our expectations in several key ways: Maintenance is prompt and professional, the grounds are generally well kept and the amenities such as the pool and dog park are great places to meet and make friends with fellow tenants. Our kids love it when they can go outside and play on bikes and scooters with other kids their age without fear of any trouble or traffic. I can't speak highly enough of this place. Only drawbacks are the trash compactor is centrally ...

located and only one on site, so it's a bit of a walk for tenants on the edges of the compound. And the price is a bit high compared to comparable apartments or homes nearby. Those things in mind, I would still highly recommend this place to anyone interested in renting a townhouse within 10 minutes of the seaside. The school district has some of the best public schools in the city nearby and centrally located to so many activities to keep everyone happy and busy.
