March 17, 2025I have enjoyed my experience living at the Courtyards of Chanticleer so far. The staff is friendly and helpful whenever I need clarification on something. I also like that my maintenance issue was resolved in a very prompt manner despite me labeling it as a low priority. I like the fact I do not have to worry about parking and that my parking space is close to where I stay. Beyond that, the area has so many amenities close by, such as close proximity to the ocean front, various fast food places, ...a walmart, target dmv and more.
