    The units are beautiful and love how they’ve been redone. The price point is great, and the location is incredible. The staff are insanely helpful and maintenance is prompt. The office staff/maintenance staff can really make or break a community as I’ve learned over the years, and there is a great team here.

    Lived here for 11 years, highly recommend this property, the team is excellent always willing to help and get any issues handled. The grounds are always taken care of, big dog community, enjoy the pool every summer. Pool hours are amazing and always clean and taken care of. I enjoy living here and will continue to stay.

    I have enjoyed my experience living at the Courtyards of Chanticleer so far. The staff is friendly and helpful whenever I need clarification on something. I also like that my maintenance issue was resolved in a very prompt manner despite me labeling it as a low priority. I like the fact I do not have to worry about parking and that my parking space is close to where I stay. Beyond that, the area has so many amenities close by, such as close proximity to the ocean front, various fast food places, ...
    a walmart, target dmv and more. I would definitely recommend this area to any friends looking to move in the future.
