We are happy living at The Crossings
July 1, 2019As a young family with young children, we recommend The Crossings at Summerland. Here we met new neighbors that become friends to us after we share nice moments with them. Our children play together at the playground area and they enjoy the swimming pool and we celebrate our children's birthday together. Also, we experience a great customer service since we applied to live here over 2 years ago and every time when we request a maintenance help.Property Manager Responded

They will increase the rent every two months even you are in your lease term.
June 17, 2019This property is the worse we ever live in, after one week of moving here we got a notice that our rent will increase with special probation. Parking space sucks here I am here for two weeks only and already has scratches and dents on it. Property manger never takes your call or present here they increase $60 monthly to my rent your are in lease agreement or not they can increase your rent after every two months with $60 days notice.Property Manager Responded

Comfortable Living
October 12, 2015Although rent is pretty steep, I would pay again in heartbeat. I have the luxury of having my in a spacious unit not to far outside of DC. Complex is right off the highway, and close to local eateries. Big kitchen with updated appliances. Bathroom is huge; however, bedroom is on the small side. July 21, 2015Living in the newer building is really nice, but the rush to open the building was pretty rocky. Things have smoothed out since. Easy access to 95, EZ Pass and right across from the commuter lot make for plenty of traveling options. July 20, 2015I needed (and wanted) an awesome apartment close to the DC area. Like most people here, I am a government employee and need something that's both near work and a place to call home.
