SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This has been by far the worst thing I have ever experienced property manager Jean is rude she shows favoritism to certain tenants. The rent here is very affordable which I guess is why most tolerate the foolishness that goes on here. I have called corporate numerous of times leave a message with Brittany for Ashley who apparently is in charge I haven't gotten a call yet. After the hurricane the base boards completely separated from the walls water ...

leaked into my living room and my daughter's bedroom. My daughter room has carpet that now smells like mildew, I contacted the office she sent someone to clean the carpet....how could you clean the top layer of the carpet without removing the padding under the carpet? After 3 days of the carpet drying the room stills smell like mildew. I contact Jean a second time who comes into my apartment and says she doesn't smell anything....she sends the maintenance guy over who literally sits caulk on top of the baseboards inside and a few places on the outside window where he says that he sees cracks on the building. I contacted the office a third to inform Jean that the problem hasn't been rectified in fact she has put a band aid on both of the problems. I have been to the doctor twice and both times I have been diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection. Called into the office to report that unaware that they hadn't hung up the phone properly over heard the manager say "I don't care what she says she did not get sick that fast" I have been living here about 2 years now and I have never seen such a group of unprofessional individuals!!!

This place is terrible. It is micromanaged. Strangers come into your house constantly. Staff is extremely rude. They purposely look for reasons to kick people out. Save your money and live somewhere else. The price isn't worth the anxiety.

This is the worst property I have ever rented from. They have zero respect for any of their renters and have now changed my rent 4 times without notification. They didn't finish their upgrades and continually allow themselves into my apartment without the proper notification. I have tried talking to them for help clarity anything as to why people are coming in, why they havent completed the upgrades I'm paying for, why they raised my rent and all I got was a phone number for an office that claims ...

they are getting my message to someone who can help me and will call me back. The are rude and liars. I cannot wait to move.

I truly enjoying living at the Crossings Apartments. One cannot beat the location, close to the beach, downtown Stuart, shopping and even the best schools in Martin County. Management is great, anytime you have a problem or complaint they are there to help. There are on duty officers. Overall the Crossing Apartments is a wonderful place to live, whether your single or have a family of four. Also pet friendly.
