These are the worst apartments I've ever been in had no A/C for 4 months they won't fix it have bed bugs they won't fix that problem roaches and rats oven is almost out they won't fix it no light fixture in bedroom there are a lot more tents that have same problem and you go to office to tell them problem they want to try and charge you money to fix it worst apartments ever they just want your money they don't care about you

Blinds in Windows turned me off

The management company should charge tenants who fail to keep their blinds looking new up to the windows.
The few tenants that are allowed to do so makes it look bad for others.
Once I saw the blinds, I knew the trash would be a problem.

Management sucks always has excuses for things. Been living here over a month still don’t have a mail key. Leasing center employees have major attitude problems and seem to be incapable of performing their basic job duties.

New management took over about a year ago and r rude as ever!! I’ve been a resident here for almost six years but I’m moving in January when my lease is up and I can’t wait!! Sick of the roaches, bed bugs and huge rats in my apt!!! Do not lease here unless u enjoy sharing ur space with rodents!!!

No heat no stove no refrigerator been calling after hours service number all night and this morning and nobody showed up yet. They never do their work and they have every excuse why nobody came out.its been over 2hrs since my first call and we haven't seen or here anything. When maintenance men come they don't do what they are suppose to and tell you that they are likely to shut down because they only have 4 people that can fix things in the whole apartment complex.DONT RENT HERE YOU WILL PAY ...

I lived in this Apartment since Dec 1 2015, Dishwasher was not hooked up the first 2 weeks, disposal did not working first month, in the cold winter heater did not work, 3 days burning wood, which is very costly in Dallas to buy. Then now 05/16/2016 I have not had A/C for 4 days, I have called everyday, to check, they said lots of people were out and I am on the list. I have to wear a suit to work and it is tough getting dressed without A/C. The A/C Heater unit is over the shower and it leaks ...
on coils and does something to it. I am afraid I will be electricuted. There is not a return air vent that I can find. Lots of illegal problems but I'm under a least, just have to live with it until lease is up.

During the winter it took the 2 weeks to come fix my heat. Wasn't safe for my new born. People sit out side and smoke weed and play loud music at night just very unsafe but it was all I could afford.
