Not a good company
March 14, 2016Do NOT live here. I lived here for a year and never really felt comfortable. The management is a little rude and they never gave me a copy of the lease. Then they sneak in that they need a 60 day notice instead of a 30 day notice when your lease is up and hit me with a $1900 bill. I had to move out because this place is way too expensive and I was injured at work and unable to come up with rent. Ashley told me that she would see what she could do but instead I just got billed. Great space in an average place!
July 21, 2015The apartment has tons of charm being in an old converted shoe factory but does not skimp on amenities, including central heating and cooling, granite kitchen bar and bathroom sink, to name a few. There are massive windows and some units, including ours, have original hard wood floors that are to die for! The location has a bit to be desired in terms of a stellar neighborhood but the location to major highways is a plus. The property allows dogs which is hard to come by in a lot of apartment ...buildings but not every tenant is responsible when it comes to picking up dog waste..
