Nice location ( but interesting)
November 14, 2021The manager is nice guy. The only issue at this. From what I know visitors parking is for visitors only. Please note many of the people who have live here have 4 cars that are not registered. They will tape the parking sticker to their favorite car and park, In the he correct spot. As for the other three cars they park in the visitors spot... ( wish I had known to tape my sticker to the window and allow my mom's to park n the resident spot, like all the other people... This weekend 3 people ...had BBQ going on on their back porches... this is fire waiting to happen.. they had kitchen tables. Dial owners have more rights with their animals then people would know pits
May 13, 2020Everyday I see pets would no leash and nobody here to enforce them. Guess here are being allowed to Park Hill but no registration anywhere they want a park. Early one morning I going out of my front door and there was a dog barking at me at my front door when no leash used by the owner. Numbers of times I seen dogs with no leash on at this apartment . NO ONE TO ENFORCE RULES OF LEASE. THERE IS ALOT SPEEDING HERE. ONE I SEEN A PERSON BURNING RUBBER AS I WAS IN THE PARKING LOT.Review from Apartments.com
