October 30, 2024I was told during my touring that there's no barbeque or grilling allowed on the patios and inside the units. After I moved in, I found my upstairs neighbor barbequing everyday on the patio at 8:35pm, 2:50 am and 4:30 am! The smell got into my beddings through the centralized venting and woke me up! I have to wash my beddings everyday. All the units are so close together. Barbequing and grilling on the patios should not be allowed! Every time I call the leasing office; no body picks up the ...phone, nor does the leasing office return any phone calls.Property Manager Responded
