All of the amenities and overall experience is great. There's only minor repair needed to some amenities like in the fitness center. However, I think it has a lot of potential for being at long term. I was told during my touring that there's no barbeque or grilling allowed on the patios and inside the units. After I moved in, I found my upstairs neighbor barbequing everyday on the patio at 8:35pm, 2:50 am and 4:30 am! The smell got into my beddings through the centralized venting and woke me up! I have to wash my beddings everyday. All the units are so close together. Barbequing and grilling on the patios should not be allowed! Every time I call the leasing office; no body picks up the ...
