In speaking for my unit, for the price that we pay, this apartment complex is okay. A few things that I appreciate from Fairway is that I do not have to worry about pests and parking fees. The location is in the middle of grood parks, pools, schools, and walkable shopping stores. The apartment doesn't look like the modern luxury apartments, and you see might see small amounts of stray trash every now and then, but they do have very decent maintenance services that work very hard to up keep the ...

They have close parking, clean apartments, and decent neighbors.The administrative staff are accommodating and very nice, and easy to communicate with. They even try very hard to accommodate the wished of the residents and have monthly or seasonal activities as a group. It's also fairly quiet and peaceful. My family and I are, so far happy hear.

Great Community and Beautiful Place!

I have loved living at Fairway the last 2 years! I’ve found amazing community through free events they put on once a month. I have also loved meeting people at the dog park and pool. It is a beautiful apartment complex that is close to a golf course and city park. The staff here have been amazing, and I’ve had a great experience here! Community here is definitely my favorite park of Fairway!

Quiet, Mature Community

Those old reviews are just that: old, obsolete. I lived there for two years. The property was well maintained. The maintenance staff and the management, Desree and her assistant have always been polite, professional and personable and certainly responsive. I had few needs, but maintenance was always on the spot the next day if not the day of need. And the neighbors were nothing but polite and friendly. I never had a negative encounter or incident of any kind, related the people or the property.

The worst management and cost

Look out for their extra charges above rent. Water, sewer, trash. And more... gas. Which they can’t tell you how they figure out your cost, and insurance. You insure their building but it doesn’t insure your personal items. So you pay for their building twice, if you insure your possessions. They don’t follow their own rules in the lease either. Filthy complex!!! Furniture at the dumpsters for months. Dog poo everywhere. Raining (yes raining) in my apartment for 2 months. They just couldn’t ...

Save yourself this place is a joke. Maintenance is the worst they will tell you they fixed something when they haven't over and over again. Trash and dog poop everywhere, snow and ice isn't taken care of until one or 2 days after if at all. Gutters hanging off the buildings. 8 people in a 1 to 2 bedroom apartment. Complaints are never addressed. No parking enforcement and never anywhere to park because of it. There is one guy that has 9 vehicles in the parking lot running a car lot from ...

Roaches, bad pet owners (not picking up after pets, owners let dogs out with NO leashes)no security, slow on maintenance work(hire more guys!) Took 6 months of "trying" to fix my dishwasher in order to get a new one (washed my dishes by hand because the dishwasher smelled like an animal died and rotted in it) refrigerator half way works, it either freezes your food or doesn't keep cool, stove doesn't show time/timer anymore-and won't do anything about it. After it snows, I end up shoveling our ...

walkway since it takes a full day after it snows-all my neighbors are elderly, so I don't want to see them fall. Save yourself a headache, look somewhere else!

It is not worth the cheaper rent. The management staff is horrible, the company that owns Fairway, the Lund Company, is horrible. My apartment flooded 6 times due to rain, and they refused to do a permanent fix for it. Said it "wasn't in the budget". On top of that, every time it rains, a pool of water forms outside my door, and I have to try and jump quite far to get over it, or wade through it. Safety hazard, but Fairway doesn't care. I've contacted them multiple times about that issue, and ...

they won't do anything. My thermostat was broken for 5 months, until after many emails and complaints, they finally fixed it. Bottom line, avoid Fairway at all costs. The property manager, Megan, only cares about saving the complex money, and will not help with any fixes with issues you may have unless you basically threaten that they are violating the Nebraska state renting statutes, which I had to do in order to get them to actually fix anything. I cannot wait to no longer live here - do yourself the favor and look elsewhere!

We have been living at our apartment since March and we love it. A nice quiet neighborhood and secure building. The neighbors are pleasant and we have never had a noise problem. Maintenance handled are inquiries quickly and efficiently. Would recommend this apartment to anyone.
