Like living here
April 23, 2024The Fern is a nice building with lovely apartments. I especially love having an in-unit, full size washer and dryer, and access to an underground garage. Lauderdale has a quiet, small town atmosphere while being in the midst of the Twin Cities. A great location on the.border of where Minneapolis and St Paul meet, just off Hwy 280. Close to shopping and restaurants. There is an active healthy seniors’ group in the neighborhood, and its just a few blocks from the charming St Anthony Park ...neighborhood.Property Manager Responded
