They act so nice to you when you are talking to them about the property at first. But once you get the apt the people in the office are extremely rude. They hang up on you when you have a question. The neighborhood is full of bad characters. The walls are thin, you can hear every little thing the neighbor upstairs are doing. We had them come to spray for roches in the building twice! The management is TERRIBLE! They change the rules about anything and everything. Maintenance is extremely SLOW. ...
Parking is terrible! I heared the office has a game on who gets towed. Please if you have no other place to live and this is the only option you have. Don’t even bother just keep looking else where until you find some where else.

The Apartments are decent enough but the neighborhood is a bit on the rough side. People walk around and just drop trash wherever they are. Quite a few people don't bother to pick up after their pets. Just a short walk from 7-11 and section 8 housing.

Nice apartments in convenient location unfortunately to close to a few bad neighborhoods. Tennis courts here have no net. The people that live here feel free to just drop trash on the ground wherever they are walking. Decent pool that is lightly used by the residents. The property managers and nice enough.
